This text explains the terms of use of the synchron.com.tr website and its English and Ukrainian versions. Every visitor who uses the site accepts these terms. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the site.

2. Purpose of the site
The site gives information about the services, solution partners and technical topics of Synchron Bilişim. The content on the site is not an offer or a contract. The scope, price and terms of a service are set in a separate contract between the parties.
3. Intellectual property
The text, images, illustrations, logos and design on the site belong to Synchron Bilişim or its licensors. You may view this content for personal, non-commercial information. You may quote short parts if you name the source and link to the page. For any other copying, reproduction or publication, get the written permission of Synchron Bilişim.
Solution partner and manufacturer names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners. Synchron Bilişim uses these trademarks and logos only to show the related product and business relationship.
4. Rules of use
When you use the site, do not:
- send automated requests that block or slow down the site;
- try to bypass the security measures of the site (for example the Cloudflare Turnstile check);
- send malware or harmful code to the site;
- run a security scan or a penetration test on the site without written permission;
- enter false identity data or the data of another person in the contact form.
5. Contact form and personal data
The data you enter in the contact form must be correct. Synchron Bilişim uses this data only to answer your request. The personal data protection notice and the Privacy Policy apply to the processing of personal data.
6. Accuracy of information
Synchron Bilişim tries to keep the information on the site up to date. Product features, licensing models and technical data come from the manufacturers' sources, and the manufacturers can change them. Before you make a decision, confirm the current information with us.
7. Links and embedded content

8. Limitation of liability

Synchron Bilişim can change these terms. The current text is published on this page and applies from its publication date.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction over disputes. The statutory rights of consumers to apply to other authorities stay reserved.
