Licensing and Hardware Supply

Hardware Supply

We select, supply, install and support client computers, servers and storage, network products, IP cameras, IP PBX systems and video conferencing devices to fit your needs.

Hardware procurement: a verified server lifts out of an open carton, an arrow leads to its install in the rack, beside a delivered laptop and an IP phone.

Which hardware do we supply?

We select hardware starting from the device type. Each device type has more than one manufacturer option. We make the choice with you based on the number of users, the workload, the existing infrastructure and the growth plan. We install and configure the devices we supply and track warranty and support contract dates.

  • Client computers

Desktops, laptops and workstations. Delivered ready with the operating system, security software and company applications.

  • Servers and storage

Rack and tower servers, storage systems and NAS devices. Sized for virtualisation, file server and backup projects.

  • Network products

Switches, wireless access points, firewalls and routers. Selected together with the cabling and coverage plan.

  • IP cameras

IP cameras, recorders and PoE infrastructure. A separate network segment for camera traffic.

  • IP PBX and phones

IP PBX, desk IP phones, DECT and conference phones. Quality of service (QoS) for voice traffic.

  • Video conferencing

Camera, microphone, speaker and display sets for meeting rooms. Microsoft Teams and Zoom room configuration.

Client computers

We select desktops, laptops and workstations by user profile. We deliver each device ready to use.

  • User profile: processor, memory, disk and display for office, field, design and engineering needs.
  • Setup: operating system, domain join, endpoint security and application installation.
  • Life cycle: warranty tracking, repair support, data wiping of old devices and a replacement plan.

Servers and storage

We size rack and tower servers, storage systems and network attached storage (NAS) as part of virtualisation, file server and backup projects.

  • Servers: processor, memory, disk and network card configuration; redundant power supplies and a remote management card.
  • Storage: RAID layout, capacity and performance plan, room for growth.
  • NAS: file sharing, backup target and snapshots.

Network products

We select switches, wireless access points (APs), firewalls and routers together with the network design. Cabling, PoE needs and the wireless coverage plan are part of this choice.

  • Switches: access and core switches, PoE budget, stacking and redundancy.
  • Wireless access points: coverage by floor plan, user density and central management.
  • Firewalls: model selection by bandwidth, number of users and security subscriptions.
  • Routers: branch connectivity, multiple internet lines and VPN.

IP cameras

We plan IP cameras, recorders and the PoE infrastructure that powers them together. We place cameras by field of view, light conditions and recording retention. We keep camera traffic in a separate network segment (VLAN).

In projects with a UniFi network we set up camera and recording management with UniFi Protect.

We plan the IP PBX, desk IP phones, DECT cordless phones, conference phones and the carrier line connection together. We configure quality of service (QoS) and a separate network segment for voice traffic.

  • PBX: selection by number of users, branch structure and existing lines.
  • Endpoints: desk, DECT and conference phones.
  • Features: interactive voice response menu, call groups and a mobile app.

Video conferencing

We select camera, microphone, speaker and display sets for meeting rooms by room size. We configure the device as a Microsoft Teams or Zoom room and set up the network and firewall.

Our supply process

  1. Needs analysis: we review the number of users, the workload and the existing inventory.
  2. Proposal and quote: we propose model options and a support level for each device type.
  3. Supply: we deliver the devices.
  4. Installation and configuration: we install, configure and test the devices.
  5. Handover and documentation: we hand over the inventory list, configuration notes and warranty information.
  6. Support and renewal tracking: we track warranty and support contract end dates and inform you in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Which types of hardware do you supply?

We supply client computers, servers and storage systems, NAS devices, switches, wireless access points, firewalls and routers, IP cameras, IP PBX systems and IP phones, and video conferencing devices.

How do you choose the brand?

We start from the device type and the need. We consider the number of users, the workload, the existing infrastructure and ease of management. Then we propose suitable models from the product families of our partners.

Can we buy only the hardware?

Yes. We also supply hardware without installation. If you want installation, configuration and support, the same team does this work.

Do you install and configure the hardware?

Yes. We deliver computers ready to use. We install, configure and test servers, storage, network, camera, PBX and video conferencing devices.

Do you track warranty and support contracts?

Yes. We record the warranty and support contract end dates of the devices we supply. Before they end, we inform you and review the renewal options with you.

What happens to replaced devices?

We wipe the data on the old device according to a data wiping procedure and remove the device from the inventory. If data must move, we also migrate it to the new device.
