What is the difference between AI and classic automation?
Classic automation follows predefined rules: when an event happens, a given step runs. AI understands, classifies and summarizes free text. In our projects we use both: the n8n workflow runs the process, and the language model handles the steps that need text.
Which tasks suit AI and automation?
Frequent, rule-bound and text-heavy tasks suit them. Examples: classifying incoming requests, extracting data from documents, answering internal support questions and preparing regular reports. In discovery we review your processes and choose the right tasks with you.
Is our data safe and how do you handle data protection?
Every project starts with data classification. We decide together which data may go to the model. Where personal data is not needed, we mask or remove it. Where data must not leave the country, we run the model on your servers or in our data centers.
Can n8n run on our own servers?
Yes. n8n is open source and can be installed on your own servers. Then the workflows and the data stay in your infrastructure. We handle setup, updates and backup.
How does an AI project start?
