Microsoft 365 Backup with Veeam
With Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, we back up Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams data. We set the backup retention period by your needs. We restore deleted or damaged data from the backup.
We also back up Microsoft 365 data with Acronis Cyber Protect. Acronis offers dedicated backup and long-term archiving for Microsoft 365 data and recommends the Backup Advanced edition for Microsoft 365 backup.
Backup and archiving: MailStore
A Microsoft 365 backup is for restoring deleted or damaged data to a point in time. An e-mail archive keeps copies of e-mails in an archive independent of Microsoft 365, for a long time and according to retention rules. MailStore Server archives Microsoft 365 mailboxes. It synchronizes the Microsoft 365 users and archives new e-mails with journaling at the moment they are sent or received.
