What is the difference between threat intelligence and SIEM?

A SIEM collects logs from your systems and detects events. Threat intelligence collects threat information from outside and tells the SIEM what to look for. The two services work together: intelligence indicators go into SIEM rules, and SIEM findings flow back into intelligence.

Details:Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Management

Which sources do you use?

We use open-source threat feeds, national and sector CERT notices, vendor security advisories and our own SOC observations. For your organization we also monitor registrations that look like your domain and open-source findings.

Details:Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Management

What is an IOC and how is it used?

An IOC is technical data that carries a trace of an attack: an IP address, domain, URL, file hash or email sender. We validate and prioritize the indicators and feed them into your firewall, SIEM and email security systems. We remove aged indicators from the lists.

Details:Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Management

How do you send alerts to us?

Our analysts assess the alerts first. We send a confirmed alert with its priority class and a recommended action to your contact person through the agreed channel. The contract defines the priority classes and communication rules.

Details:Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Management

How often do we receive reports?

We send real-time alerts for confirmed high-priority threats. In addition, we prepare a regular summary report and a management report. We define the report frequency and scope together in the service contract.

Details:Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Management

Does it work with our current SIEM or firewall?

Yes. We feed the indicators into common SIEM and firewall products in standard formats. Before integration we review your current systems and choose the method together.

AI and Automation

29 questions

What is the difference between AI and classic automation?

Classic automation follows predefined rules: when an event happens, a given step runs. AI understands, classifies and summarizes free text. In our projects we use both: the n8n workflow runs the process, and the language model handles the steps that need text.

Details:AI and Automation

Which tasks suit AI and automation?

Frequent, rule-bound and text-heavy tasks suit them. Examples: classifying incoming requests, extracting data from documents, answering internal support questions and preparing regular reports. In discovery we review your processes and choose the right tasks with you.

Details:AI and Automation

Is our data safe and how do you handle data protection?

Every project starts with data classification. We decide together which data may go to the model. Where personal data is not needed, we mask or remove it. Where data must not leave the country, we run the model on your servers or in our data centers.

Details:AI and Automation

Can n8n run on our own servers?

Yes. n8n is open source and can be installed on your own servers. Then the workflows and the data stay in your infrastructure. We handle setup, updates and backup.

Details:AI and Automation

How does an AI project start?

It starts with a short discovery. We review your processes and data and choose one use case that brings value. Then we build a working pilot and measure the result with a sample set of questions and tasks. If the pilot succeeds, we put the solution into use.

Details:AI and Automation

Which AI models do you use?

We use models from cloud model providers or open models that run on your own servers. We choose with you based on your data privacy needs, usage volume and budget. One project can also use more than one model.

Details:AI Solutions: Enterprise Assistant, RAG and AI Agents

Is our data used to train the model?

If we use a cloud provider, we review the provider's data processing and retention terms and report them to you. Where data must not leave your control, we run the model on your servers or in our data centers. At the start of the project we decide together which data goes to the model.

Details:AI Solutions: Enterprise Assistant, RAG and AI Agents

What is RAG and why do we need it?

With RAG, the model bases its answer on information found in your own documents. The model does not know your company's current and private information. With RAG, the assistant finds the relevant document sections for each question, writes the answer from them and shows the source. This method needs no retraining of the model.

Details:AI Solutions: Enterprise Assistant, RAG and AI Agents

Can AI solutions comply with data protection law?

Every project starts with data classification. Where personal data is not needed, we mask or remove it. We assess transfers abroad separately. We set up permissions and logs so that they can be audited. We make the legal assessment together with your data protection officer.

Details:AI Solutions: Enterprise Assistant, RAG and AI Agents

What happens if an AI agent makes a mistake?

We add human approval to critical steps. Payments, deletions or external sends do not run without approval from an authorized person. The system detects errors and alerts you on the channel you choose. Every step is logged.

Details:AI Solutions: Enterprise Assistant, RAG and AI Agents

Do we need coding skills to use it?

No. We do the setup, integration and maintenance. Your users use the assistant through a chat interface. If you choose, we also teach your team to manage the n8n workflows.

Details:AI Solutions: Enterprise Assistant, RAG and AI Agents

Who is n8n for?

n8n suits every team that does repeated work across different applications by hand. A small team starts with a few workflows. Large organizations use n8n at enterprise scale with queue mode, SSO and separate environments.

Details:n8n Consultancy

What can we automate with n8n?

The most common uses are data transfer between systems, form and request processing, regular reporting, IT operations steps and document processing. We connect systems without a ready-made node through their REST API with the HTTP Request node.

Details:n8n Consultancy

Is n8n secure?

Security depends on how n8n is deployed. n8n saves credentials to the database in encrypted form. We publish the editor over TLS, restrict access, turn on MFA and take regular backups. In a self-hosted deployment the data stays on your infrastructure.

Details:n8n Consultancy

Can I use n8n without coding skills?

Yes. You build basic workflows in the visual editor by connecting nodes. Complex data transformations use JavaScript or Python in the Code node. We write these steps for you.

Details:n8n Consultancy

How does the n8n consultancy process work?

We work in steps: needs analysis, deployment, workflow design and testing, training and maintenance. In the first phase we automate one process and review the result with you.

Details:n8n Consultancy

Is n8n free?

Without a license key, self-hosted n8n runs as the free Community edition, which you can use for your own internal business processes. Features such as SSO, environments and external secrets are part of the paid Business and Enterprise plans. n8n Cloud is a paid subscription service.

Details:n8n Consultancy

Should we install n8n on our own server or use n8n Cloud?

A self-hosted deployment fits when the data must stay in your network or when n8n must connect to internal systems. n8n Cloud fits when you do not want to operate infrastructure. We make the decision with you, based on the nature of the data and the systems to connect.

Details:n8n Consultancy

How does n8n scale when the workload grows?

We run n8n in queue mode. The main process receives the triggers, Redis queues the jobs and worker processes run the workflows. When more capacity is necessary, we add workers.

Write to us through the contact form. In the first meeting we discuss your reporting needs and data sources. We recommend starting with one pilot report.

Details:Data Visualization and Power BI Consulting

Which license does Power BI need?

Users who publish and share reports need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license. When the content is in a workspace on Fabric F64 or larger, or on Premium capacity, users with a Free license can also view the report. We define the combination based on your number of users.

Details:Data Visualization and Power BI Consulting

How does Power BI connect to our on-premises database?

We install an on-premises data gateway. The gateway is locally installed Windows software that uses outbound connections only. For this reason you do not need to open inbound ports in your network.

Details:Data Visualization and Power BI Consulting

Can users see only their own data in a report?

Yes. With row-level security (RLS), each user sees only the rows they are authorized to see. We define the roles with DAX and test them before release. RLS applies to users with Viewer permission in the workspace.
