Which meeting platforms do Neat devices work with?
Neat devices are certified for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. Synchron configures the device for the platform that the company uses.
Which Neat device is right for a meeting room?
For small rooms, use Neat Bar Gen 2 or Neat Board 32. For large rooms, use Neat Bar Pro or Neat Board Pro; Neat Center also shows the participants at the table. For a personal workspace, use Neat Frame. Synchron makes the selection by room size and number of participants.
What is the difference between the Neat and Grandstream pages?
Synchron uses Neat devices for video meeting rooms. It uses Grandstream products in IP PBX, IP phone, Wi-Fi and DECT phone, access point and switch projects.
Can Neat devices be managed remotely?
Yes. Neat Pulse shows the status of the devices on one screen. The administrator applies settings to one device or a device group, and runs bulk updates and restarts.
Can Neat Board be used as a digital whiteboard?
Yes. Neat Board models give a digital whiteboard function in addition to video meetings.
What network preparation does a Neat installation need?
A Neat device connects to the network through wired Ethernet or Wi-Fi; Neat Center gets both power and network through PoE. Synchron checks firewall access for meeting traffic and network prioritization before installation.
